Art: Inner

I really enjoy art, because I enjoy seeing other people’s creativity being expressed. I was so impressed by all the art I had seen in New Orleans. I get drawn to the unusual art because I think it is more unique then the other art. There were two specific artist that stood out to me during this trip. One was a street artist who drew with pen and one was an artist I did not meet, but I saw her work in an art gallery on Royal street. These two artists drew my attention with their unique work. The street artist had a dark look to his work, and it was all very random, yet it still flowed together to make a beautiful image. The artist was extremely friendly and asked me if I did any art. I had a whole conversation with him, and he said he likes to talk to the people who buys art from him to help get inspiration for new pieces to sell, based on which ones are popular. I thought that was really cool, that he reaches out to the people who like his artwork to get more inspiration for future pieces of art. So, my conversation with him could be inspiration for his next pieces of art. The next artist I didn't get to meet, but her work really caught my eye. She portrayed women in a unique way I have never seen before. The images of the women were beautiful, and they had an abstract look to them. I feel in love with this art, to me the artist was showing the colors of these women with bold contrasts in the painting. I was so impressed by the amazing artwork I saw in the city and I would love to come see even more in the future.
